PokerFace Consultancy was established in September 2016 by Joanne Craig, an ex-Gambling Commission Compliance Manager in response to observations throughout the industry that there was a need for tailor made solutions to Regulatory compliance requirements, provided in a positive way. Her knowledge of the Gambling Act (2005), the Licensing Conditions and Codes of Practice and the structure of the Commission; is complemented by 14 years of industry experience gained as a General Manager at Mecca Bingo, working in some of the most challenging marketplaces – giving her a sound understanding of operational barriers which can affect Compliance.
Joanne has established good working relationships with Local Authorities, Police Authorities and other service providers, which will benefit individual operators, through training and liaison opportunities.
